What you're buying

Operatorstack products are digital content: AI agent files, guides, and worked examples. They are delivered by email immediately after checkout. Nothing ships. Nothing needs returning.

All sales are final

We don't offer refunds for change of mind. Before you buy, you can watch the demo, read exactly what's included, and check the "Not for you if" list on the product page. If you're unsure after that, don't buy — that's what those sections are for.

EU and UK buyers: your withdrawal right

If you buy from the EU or UK, online purchases normally come with a 14-day right of withdrawal. Digital content is the legal exception. By completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content, and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once delivery has begun. This follows Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You give this consent at checkout, before payment.

Defective or failed delivery

If your download link fails, the file is corrupted, or you didn't receive what the product page describes, email us. We will fix it, re-send it, or replace it. Your statutory rights for faulty digital content are not affected by this policy.
